Job Description
Our client, a newly set up company, is recruiting Finance Manager
*Note: On board after Tet holiday
• Lead the finance function in a manufacturing environment
• Manage and execute aspects of financial planning and performance management process and related financial decisions including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support
• Implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices and ensure compliance with the respective legislation
• Establish financial reports in an accurate and timely manner for Corporate/Local regulations
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting
• Develop recommendations and implement improvements to internal controls processes striving to build a robust Accounting and Finance department
• Participation as a strategic business partner on cross-functional teams to help drive organization efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Job Requirements
• Complete higher Accounting or Finance education
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Demonstrable knowledge in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning, and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and cost management to achieve financial targets
• Comprehensive knowledge of controlling in a manufacturing company
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
• Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficient user of finance software
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Business fluent knowledge of English
