Job Responsibilities
• Monitor market trends and provide updates relevant to the industry.
• Develop and propose marketing plans and strategies. Participate in conferences and trade fairs to promote projects and attract potential clients through various channels such as organizations, companies, media, and the internet.
• Conduct market surveys and collect data to research potential customers.
• Provide information and introduce the organization’s products and services to clients.
• Support customers in preparing and submitting documentation for related processes and handling follow-up procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, local authorities, and related agencies to assist customers in their operations.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to update information and promptly address complaints or requests.
• Translate documents between Vietnamese, Chinese, and English as required.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory. A second language such as English or Korean is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Presentation skills and the ability to solve problems and handle situations effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
