Navigos Search’s client is a new setting up Japanese company in the field of PCB manufacturing located in the Industrial Park near Hanoi looking for the position of Production Engineering Manager as below:
- Set up production conditions for new lines
- Start-up, evaluate features and costs of the line
- Improve production line quality, improve features and costs.
- Investigate and propose solutions to improve the production line for defective products.
- Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement machine availability through lean techniques to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste
- Analyse and improve material usage
- Ensure accuracy of Production Engineering procedures and documentation
- Perform route cause analysis and solve problem
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and task in the department

Job Requirements
- University degree, major in engineering or related
- Good at English communication
- Have 7-10 years of experience in production engineering related to electronic manufacturing companies, priority in PCB production.
- Understanding Manufacturing processes
- Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information
- In depth knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma
- Strong working knowledge in 2D,3D CAD
- Analytics skill
- Experience in managing a team
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- The factory will start production from the beginning of 2025 and expects candidates able to start from the end of 2024
