Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills.

- Provide technical guidance and lead discussions on architecture and design.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Java-based applications.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Java development.
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
- Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and other DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
