Our client, a new manufacturing company, is seeking for HR Manager
*Note: On board after Tet holiday
• Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles
• Provide the tactical execution to meet the talent acquisition demands of the company by driving proactive workforce planning, ensuring an active pipeline of talent for core roles
• Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes
• Provide strong knowledge and execution of recruiting tools and techniques, recruiting analysis and reporting, and managing recruiting processes
• Manages recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses. Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
• Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies: workforce administration, compensation review, and benefits, recruitment, performance and talent management, and training
• Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters
• Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
• Forecast our future hiring needs based on business growth strategies
• Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues
• Ensures smooth implementation of HR and Administration policies
• Creates an environment that fosters and rewards teamwork, collaboration, mutual support, and achievement of common goals
• Works in partnership with other stakeholders to develop high-impact development plans and ensure the achievement of employee development goals.
Yêu cầu
• Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
• Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Strong knowledge of current Vietnam Labor Law and Social Security
• Experience of Union Relation
