Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and Expand Institutional Developing Relationships Corporations – Particularly with Fintech Partners:
• Identify and establish relationships with leading fintech companies and digital platforms that align with company strategic vision.
• Develop and execute strategies to integrate securities services within the fintech ecosystem, expanding company reach to a broader customer base.
• Drive partnerships with fintech corporations to deliver a seamless digital experience for users, connecting them with products and services through innovative technology channels.
• Leverage fintech partnerships to build and expand client base on digital platforms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners to strengthen market position.
• Represent company at fintech events, seminars, and forums to elevate the company’s image as a pioneer in digital securities services.
2. Digital Business Strategy and Growth:
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to drive long-term business strategies focused on digital transformation and fintech integration.
• Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities in the fintech space to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Adjust strategies based on market feedback and technology adoption rates, ensuring company remains competitive in digital securities services.
3. Operations Oversight and Resource Optimization:
• Oversee key departments supporting fintech integration, including IT, Brokerage, Control & Operations, and Legal, ensuring efficient operations and resource optimization.
• Implement processes and structures that support scalability and efficiency in partnerships and digital services.
4. Performance Monitoring and Staff Management:
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of departments under your management, such as Marketing, Strategy, and Partnership Development, ensuring business objectives are met on time and with high quality.
• Train and develop middle management leaders, ensuring leadership continuity within the company.
5. Reporting and Advising the CEO:
• Regularly report on operational status, financial indicators, potential risks, and new growth opportunities to the CEO.
• Propose strategic solutions and improvement measures to enhance management and business efficiency.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
• Partnership Development: Experience in establishing strategic partnerships, preferably in the fintech or digital financial services sector.
• Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of digital transformation in finance and the ability to drive customer growth strategies through the fintech network.
• Operational Management: Experience managing cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on process optimization for digital platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and make data-driven strategic decisions to drive business growth.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide teams, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and partners.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English to effectively work with international partners and stakeholders.
