Job Description
- Communicate with Japanese clients regarding requirements, specifications, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Transfer customer requirements from Japanese clients to the Vietnam team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new features and maintain existing code.
- Work together with the team to design and create software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process.
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Japanese
- Background: Strong knowledge in software development
- Experience: Previous work experience in Japan or direct experience working with Japanese clients
- Project Management: Proven experience managing projects in a Japanese company or for Japanese clients
- Languages: Proficient in both English and Japanese
- Technical Skills: Experience in software development (Web/Cloud, etc.)
- Work Ethic: Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus
