Internal Audit Manager

- Plan, execute, manage, and oversee audit projects in accordance with Global Internal Audit methodology, ensuring they are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Apply strong auditing knowledge, particularly in IFRS, to various audit projects.
- Train, mentor, and supervise IA team members, reviewing audit deliverables and workpapers for compliance with GIA standards.
- Assess risks and controls in business processes, collaborate effectively with auditees, and oversee audit findings, recommendations, and follow-ups until final audit report issuance.
- Enhance risk and control awareness by facilitating control self-assessment programs.
- Continuously review and provide feedback on new or existing policies and procedures to maintain effective controls.
