Mô tả công việc

• Set sales goals by estimating the projected volume and profit of sales for both new and existing items, as well as by predicting and creating annual sales quotas for areas and territories.
• Create and execute sales strategies to maintain the company's inventiveness and competitiveness.
• Lead and inspire the sales force to meet growth goals and sales targets.
• Create and carry out a comprehensive sales plan to increase the company's clientele.
• Create and interact with key accounts and distribution partners to plan and discuss.
• Oversee goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation for all sales employees.
• Provide the management team with information on sales, income, and expenses as well as accurate projections.
• Oversight of monthly cost claims and sales team visitation schedules
• Take the lead in analyzing sales data in order to apply and oversee strategies and processes that will improve the company's sales.
• In partnership with the marketing team, set sales goals and control to develop sales plans and quota for each channel and region in support of national sales targets.
• Train and mentor salespeople on the job to increase the team's ability to deliver and carry out the annual operating plan in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the regional sales team.
• Oversee the general administration of sales-related activities, the sales database, and the sales records for future use.
• Oversee the sales administration team to serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to resolve issues; 
• Lead the creation and modification of work processes to boost productivity as necessary.
• Establish solid business ties with clients, vendors, and distribution partners. Make sure all work orders and invoices are accurate, timely, and complete.
• Any other tasks or assignments from reporting manager.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 8 years experience of professional experience
• Knowledge of FMCG industry
