Job Description
Ensure department KPIs are met and align daily operations with customer expectations.
Manage customer orders, confirmations, rescheduling, and escalations for timely delivery.
Coordinate production planning based on customer requirements, material availability, and capacity.
Update MRP material data and monitor backlogs (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders) daily.
Handle customer complaints, returns, credit notes, and vendor complaints.
Review safety stock levels and collaborate with Demand Planners for optimization.
Process supplier payments and support operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trading, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Purchasing.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP R/3 preferred).
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Knowledge of SAP APO and INCOTERMS is a plus.
