Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our garment factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. This role will lead a team of quality inspectors and work closely with production and design teams to maintain our commitment to excellence.

- Quality Oversight:
Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products.
- Team Leadership:
Supervise and train quality assurance staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze quality metrics and reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
- Problem-Solving:
Investigate defects and customer complaints, leading root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Develop and implement solutions to improve quality control processes.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Garment/Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in quality control within the Garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
